Returns and damaged or incorrect items

We do not accept returns, except where required by applicable law. If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we offer store credit or an exchange, subject to any remedies required by applicable law.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice.boujee42@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos showing the damaged or incorrect item so we can review the issue.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
